My passion is curiosity. About the body, the breath,movement, emotions, believes. Being present in the moment and starting a conversation with the body opens up unlimited possibilities.
I have played on and off the mat for more 2 decades, through 2 pregnancies and many, many life shifts, and numerous injuries. I have learned from yoga, 5 rhythms, sound practices, anatomy books and brilliant teachers. The more I learn the more I want to know.
My purpose is to share that which I have learned and experience that which you have to share.
I integrate ancient Eastern practices as Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda and science based techniques and intuitive touch to facilitate a mind/body connection and empower my clients to take charge of their own well being.
The 3 key elements to my practice are Breath, Movement and Presence. They become the ground on which the Embodied Self dances.
